Council is excited to share we have been fortunate to secure funding to replace bins that were damaged during Cyclone Fina for Wurrimuyanga community. They will start being distributed today.

The replacement bins have now arrived and are being built. They will be distributed to the community over the coming days.

One bin will be allocated per household that requires a replacement.

Please look after your allocated bin, as this is a once-off replacement program.

Outside of this program, replacement bins are charged at $250 per bin.

Please do not remove the wheels or lids from the bins and ensure they are used for household waste collection only.

The waste collection map is attached and outlines your scheduled collection day.

Please ensure your bin is placed on the kerbside for collection, as our crews cannot enter private property to collect bins.
