Nominations are now open for the Tiwi Islands Regional Council Milikapiti Ward by-election.

Nominations close: 12 noon, Wednesday 19 August 2026
Election day: Thursday 3 September 2026

Candidate information and nomination forms are available through the Northern Territory Electoral Commission (NTEC) or from the TIRC Milikapiti Office.

Completed nominations can be lodged directly with NTEC through their website or by email at nominations.ntec@nt.gov.au.
