Tropical Cyclone Fina is slowly moving south towards the northern Top End coast.

Due to the marine cyclone warning currently in place, the Inter-Island Ferry will shut down by close of business today.

Tropical Cyclone Fina has formed north of Darwin and is currently moving slowly to the east-northeast, away from the coast. At this stage there are no warnings, watches, or alerts in place for the Northern Territory.

Road repair works associated with the section of Ranku Road immediately past Wurrumiyanga airstrip and prior to the entry point of the existing waste management facility on Bathurst Island.
