Tiwi Islands Regional Council manages the Tiwi Islands, comprising Bathurst and Melville islands, situated 80km north of Darwin in the Arafura Sea. Covering 832sq km, these islands are home to the Tiwi people, known for their strong cultural heritage. Essential services, such as schools and medical facilities, are available, along with regular transportation to Darwin.

Role Overview:
As the Manager Operations – Bathurst Island, you will lead essential Town Services activities, including waste management, the mechanic workshop, Inter Island Ferry service, Freight shed, and road maintenance. Your responsibilities involve strategic planning, delivery, maintenance, compliance management, and fostering innovation within your team.
